I switched from GoDaddy to SiteGround and OMG…they are amazing! I have never had an issue with my site going down and the support is fantastic. If you ever do have an issue, you never wait any longer than about 30 seconds to chat with someone and they have never been stumped by any issues I have had. post-plannerPost Planner | Facebook posting goodness.

I use post planner to automatically post into my Facebook Group (MWH BizClub). You can create posts and schedule them on repeat. You can also use this for your Facebook page or twitter. It also gives you great suggestions around what you can post and even sources different content for you. What takes to cake is that it integrates directly with Canva! An awesome resources that is totally underpriced in my opinion.

Canva Try

canvaWe use Canva for Work. Canva has nearly replaced the need for Photoshop and it is fun to use! With Canva for work, you can set your own branding, create reusable templates, add your own font and do my fav thing…MAGIC RESIZE! You can change an Instagram tile into a Facebook, twitter, banner + more within a few clicks. It saves so much time. All graphics you see from me comes from Canva. If you don’t use it yet, you need to check it out!

Creative Market Check it out

creative-marketA fantastic place to explore, find ideas and buy everything from logos, web template, fonts, business cards, product mockups and so much more. I love that every week they offer 6 free downloads and it’s actually great quality stuff. Check them out if you are looking for inspiration or bits and pieces for building your look and brand. This is where I get all my gold textures!

CoSchedule Try

coschedule-logoThis tool is my favourite. It allows you to see everything you have planned for your blog, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and more. It uses a calendar view so you can see what’s coming and the exact time it is scheduled to go live (you can set that). For example, if I post a podcast on my blog, I can have CoSchedule automatically post on Facebook and Twitter as soon as the blog post goes live. I can also have it schedule the same post 1,2,3 or 4 weeks from now so that the post still lives on. Because you can vary how it looks and reads (with 1 or 2 clicks), it feels like the content is new. This tool keeps me honest and has saved me quite a bit of time. If you blog, this is your tool!

Slack Try

slackSlack is the tool we use to collaborate on everything MWH. You can create different channels or areas that are specific to a topic and have discussions, attach files and so much more. It’s how I communicate with my MWH team. Highly recommend it and it’s FREE.

 

Dropbox Try

dropbox_logo_detailDropbox is where I store everything! It’s super reliable and really easy to use. Every freebie I host on the site is delivered with Dropbox. It also allows me to have everything in sync across as my devices. Gold!

 

Evernote Try

evernote-logoThe most comprehensive note taking app there is. I use this to compose my emails, blog posts, business idea, podcast note, save clippings, attachments….the list goes on… Oh, I also use this to collaborate on notes! Looking for a place to store all your thoughts. Look no further.

 

Wunderlist | Try

wunderlistI love wunderlist. It keeps me organised with my to-do’s and I share these with my husband. For example, I share the shopping list, my podcast schedule, my weekly post ideas, blogging ideas and much more. You can add notes and attachments to each to-do so it makes it super easy to use it for more detailed tasks. Best of all, it’s pretty much free unless you want to use it for epic business use.

 

Apple Calendar | Learn more

calendar-icon-iosI am not sure where I would be without my Calendar. Using iCloud, you can create and share unlimited calendars. I have a shared family calendar and a social calendar and a Podcast calendar. These are all shared with my husband so we can check each others availability and commitments (because he forgets all the time) and not double book ourselves! This syncs perfectly across all Apple devices like some kind of magic. Also another free tool.

paypalEveryone knows PayPal. It integrates with everything, it’s super easy to use and it is reliable and safe. For invoicing payments, it’s my go-to service.

SPP | Try

sppI love the Smart Podcast Player. You can brand it with your colours and logo, it works well on all platforms and it’s also created by one of my fav guys, Pat Flynn of Smart Passive Income. Check it out if you have a podcast.

ConversionCats | Learn more

logo-whiteMy theme of choice (I am using it on this site). Super easy to use, it’s email conversion based without being in your face and it has great features like – Built in landing pages, opt-in boxes, simple design templates. You don’t need to hack together heaps of plugins and hire a WordPress nerd to make it happen!
