Janine is the Founder and Creative Director of Little Picassos Adelaide where she has built her business from scratch and is now running four purpose built art studios for children, as well as delivering programs into schools. About Janine and Her Business
>> [3:48] Janine is a trained Visual Art Teacher and she loves art education and how much joy it brings children. Specifically, that love of creating something that is exclusively theirs.
>> [8:14] Because she started her business 15 years ago, the early years were challenging and exciting in many ways. The hardest part for Janine was telling others what she wanted to do. In her heart, she always knew it would work and she had what it takes, it was just harder to convince others.
>> [10:58] Janine was passionate about making all of her own choices. And she was blissfully happy being the mum I wanted to be, working the business around the needs of her children.
>> [12:10] To Janine the vision was so clear and exhilarating, that she didn’t mind waking up getting up early. Her mindset was to get the work done, be happy, and sleep later. She took full responsibility for the vision!

Janine’s Experiences Growing Her Business
>> [14:17] Janine has two completely different experiences when it comes to learning about how to grow her business. There is an excitement that surrounds how to move your business forward.
>> [16:11] When it comes to Instagram, Janine first felt like a fish out of water. She had to get clear on how to use Instagram to grow her business. Janine joined the Social Method Society and went right back to Stage 1. She had to look at what does her business look like online!

Janine knew that if she joined on a monthly subscription and she didn’t look at the Member’s portal for a couple of months, she would be cross at herself and end up cancelling. By gifting herself a year, she knew it would take the pressure off and she could go into the portal whenever she could, which she does now.
>> [28:00] I want to celebrate a massive goal that Janine achieved because when I first heard this my jaw was on the floor. Her goal was to open her 4th studio by the end of this year, and she did it! That’s HUGE!
