Redesigning Your Life To Be One Filled With Worth and Abundance

You know I'm all about designing a life centered around self love, self care, and doing the things I love with the people I love. It's a certain peace that I really hope every bizmum can achieve, so today I'm talking with a bizmum who also wants to help you reach this level of alignment!


Today's guest is Sarah Liddle. She is a pleasure coach, relationship, sex and self love expert. Sarah is also a vintage nerd, and lives for 1920's collectables and 1930's fashion. When she is not looking at antique and second hand stores she is floating around the house, working in the garden and playing with her son.


During this episode, Sarah is going to chat with us all about what happens when we forget to practise self care and self love and how we end up falling out of alignment with not only ourselves, but our business, too. She's going to be sharing her best strategies and exercises to help you stop trying to juggle “it all” while redesigning your life to be one filled with worth and abundance!

Sarah is all about self love, sexiness, and pleasure. I loved hearing about her story and having her on the podcast, so I cannot wait for you to meet her! She really is an embodiment of the knowledge she shares.

2. The Difference Between Self Love and Self Care

There are extreme differences between self love and self care. In this section, Sarah tells us all about how we can practice self care or pleasure habits, but not be deeply connected to our inner self love. And how our inner self love is exactly where we should be focussing!

  • In the shower, tell your bits you love them.
  • Build a relationship with your body, ask what your body needs.
  • Stop comparing. Remember that confidence is sexier than the “perfect body.”

3. Alignment

Balance and alignment is an ever changing thing, just like your body. In this section, Sarah's telling us all about what happens when we fall out of balance and how we can get back in alignment.

  • Take time to communicate with your body – Rest. Eat healthy foods. Drink water.

4. Redesign Your Life

You are a better mother, lover, friend and business babe when you are happiest. And you're not your happiest when you have too many goals, too many responsibilities, too many things. All of those things take you out of the present moment, so you need to redesign your life to be one filled with self love and pleasure.

  • Imagine tonight while you are sleeping, a miracle happens and when you wake up your life and business is exactly how you desire it to be. What do you find yourself, thinking, believing, feeling and doing?

I loved this chat with Sarah because there was so much truth in what she was saying.
